Dual Occupancy

Dual Occupancy

There are typically three design options or configurations when it comes to dual occupancy:

1. One dwelling at the front and one at the rear of a property
2. Two dwellings side by side that share a common wall, commonly known as a duplex
3. A corner block that potentially allows two detached dwellings with separate titles and street frontages

The appropriate style of development will depend on your goals and a number of factors including orientation, size and shape of the block, lifestyle needs, and planning guideline.

BT Constructions will work closely with you during each step of the process, from the design concept and materials selection, to the pre-knockdown, and construction procedure to ensure your home gets rebuilt exactly as you envisioned it.

We strive to meet your established goals and objectives, on time and seamlessly. By discussing your objectives in detail, we help you to clarify your goals and what you want to achieve. As ideas and priorities evolve, these written goals serve as a benchmark to keep your development on track through the different project stages.
