TURN-KEY OR LOCK-UP BUILD PACKAGE?

BT Constructions gives you the opportunity to build to lock-up stage right through to our full turn-key package.

Building to lock-up stage gives you, the client, more control over costs and inclusions. Lock-up means that the exterior is 100% finished with no interior finishing and no connection to services, no internal linings or insulation, no kitchen, no power, no bathroom, floors, doors, appliances etc.

Turn-key means that everything – exterior and interior – is complete, and allows you to have a stress-free experience.
